Position: CEO, Health Bridge
Bio: Josh is a mission-driven leader with a background as an Operations Specialist in the U.S. Navy, where he developed a leadership style rooted in accountability, compassion, and creative problem-solving. After his service, he applied his expertise in large-scale team management to national vision brands before transitioning to the dental industry. He has led operations for hundreds of health care practices throughout the country, including growing one of the largest pediatric dental vision and ortho groups in America. Most recently Josh has pivoted deeply into health care A.I. and expects this emerging technology to change the way humans interact with health care and the world writ large in the coming decade. His leadership centers on building value-driven teams with a fearless commitment to growth, innovation, and impact.
Why I am excited to be an AAIA Chapter President: Serving as chapter president for the AAIA is an extraordinary opportunity to be at the nexus of innovation and impact. This role allows me to bridge the gap between cutting edge A.I. advancements and their practical applications in business and society.
What I hope to accomplish in the upcoming year in my Chapter: I hope to foster a vibrant community where professionals, students, and industry leaders can connect, collaborate, and grow together. I am energized by the chance to guide our community through this transformative era with empathy and expertise, ensuring that technology enhances human potential rather than replacing it.
